No drinks/water offered and the wash basin was so uncomfortable for my neck. So Ill just take it that this time its an error and we do not share that affinity.Reason I gave it 2 stars was because for 55 bucks, I wasnt allowed to cross my legs, had to sit up straight (back-against-the-chair), head up chin down for the whole cut. But getting the right hairdresser who can do the right cut for you is like finding the right person to have a r/s. And I find my hair unbalanced on both sides. Personally, I felt this lady wasnt ready to cut any hair.Needless to say, I was not very satisfied with my cut. But she got a Caucasian lady, who was late and apparently wasnt expecting me (or any customer this early for that matter), to cut for me instead. Wanted an Asian hairdresser cos not all Caucasians understand the nature of our thick Asian hair. I say pay the extra money for a haircut you can actually live with and do not go here.īooked my appointment with the Asian lady a week ago thinking she would cut my hair (Id asked her for availability but maybe I should had been more specific that I was asking for HER time). I literally had to cut my hair at home later to make up for how poorly this haircut was made.Highly disappointed and definitely NOT worth the price.
It was layered incorrectly and not cut to the right length so it ended up looking off balance and awkward. When she WAS actually cutting my hair, she was taking her sweet time and when I told her what I wanted, she took great care to make sure she ignored everything I said I wanted her to do. I couldnt even tell her to fix it because I had somewhere to be and she wasted all my time completely stopping, sitting down, and trying to make idle chit chat about random topics. Then, she took an hour and a half to give me one of the worst haircuts I ever had. in reality she couldnt take the hint I had somewhere to be and just needed her to cut my hair and not tell me about napping on the job. Its basically behind Verizon.When I got there, the hairdresser seemed to feel like she was making a connection with me by talking about random things and sitting in the chair beside me and talking about how unprofessional she and her coworkers have acted in the past. I cant even explain it, so just good look finding it. I walked around the place looking for the salon but it wasnt in the plaza, it was around the corner one of the buildings on the main road. Its in an awkward door on the side of a building on a busy road, with no real signage to point it out. Haircut was poorly done, respect for my time was non-existent, and listening skills were about 2/10.Firstly, let me mention the location. Sweet! Shouldve known the reason they werent busy were because no one would want to be here.The only thing I really liked about this place was the price. The cool thing about this place was I called and they had immediate availability to stop by.
